AS EACH ITEM IS INDIVIDUALLY HAND CRAFTED PER ORDER, WE RESERVE FROM 5-7 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESED AND CREATED

Most of our orders are shipped 5-7 WORKING days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-2 business days of its ship date in Europe .In other countrys 3-4 days. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. Babs Atelier is not responsible for packages once they have been scan

Returns wil not be processed unless u send mail to babsateliercontact@gmail.com and get a confirmation

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON DOMESTIC ORDERS

Al items are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Babs Atelier boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unwashed, unused and with all Babs Atelier and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
